The Charles House
Built as a furnace house for the
Lone Star Iron Company in 1896, this Dutch Colonial Revival home is
located at 209 E. Clarksville Street. The current owners are Mr.
and Mrs. Jerry McGovney.

Ever May Inn on the Green
This grand Plantation style home
was built during the late 1800's. It features a dogtrot hall,
11-1/2 foot ceilings and a wraparound porch. Facing Lyon's Park,
Ever May Inn is located at 502 Taylor Street. This home is
presently owned by MariAnne Johnson.

Victoriana
This Queen Anne style home was
built in 1888 by George Todd, a prominent and illustrious local
attorney. The gambrel roof facade, with its cross-gables, trio of
rondelles and stained glass bull's eye window, make this home
unique. Victoriana, located at 103 E. Clarksville Street, was
restored in 1984 and is currently owned by Mrs. Carolyn Summers.

White Oak Manor
One of Jefferson's first County Extension Agents,
Richard Craver, built this Greek Revival style home where he, his family
and descendants lived for many years. This lovely home with a 200
year old oak tree in the front yard was built in 1911 and is located at
502 E. Benners Street. This home has undergone extensive
renovations and is currently owned by Larry and Cindy Pinkerton.
